WeightNot Members can now log their meals, exercise, program activities and daily progress on the go with the WeightNot App.
Morning weigh-ins and ketosis testing, body measurements, steps, water consumption, food selections, NutriScriptions, sleep time and more can be entered quickly and easily, then reviewed in summary graphical displays for different periods of time.
And all of the program and meal information that is tracked in the WeightNot App is automatically synchronized with the WeightNot Web Dashboard, so that data is available to members on the desktop too.
To get started, just download the WeightNot App and log in using your member credentials.
